• waist: it is taken around the narrowest point of the true waistline.
• sleeve length: it means the length of the sleeves.
• sleeve width: it means the circular length of the widest part of the arm.
• cross shoulder: it means the width of shoulders.
• front length:   it means the vertical length from the HIGHEST POINT OF THE SHOULDER to the FRONT HEM.

1. In Australia 

1) Your order will be sent overnight if it is placed and paid by 3PM (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday.

2) All orders placed and paid from Friday to Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.

3) It may take 1-3 business days (NSW area) to arrive depending on your postal area.

4) It may take 3-7 business days (any areas but not NSW ) to arrive depending on your postal area.

 

2. Any countries but not Australia 

1) Your order will be sent overnight if it is placed and paid by 3PM (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday.

2) All orders placed and paid from Friday to Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.

3) It may take 7-20 business days to arrive depending on where you locate.
