How to report a faulty item:
- please notice us by email to [email protected] and providing photos of the fault, as well as the original receipt.
- please post the item with your prepaid delivery fee to: 806/5 YORK ST, SYDNEY, NSW 2000.
- please provide us the tracking number for your returned parcel.
- all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Assessment:
- it may take up to 2 weeks time to do the assessment after your item is received.
- you will be noticed by email once the assessment is done.
Outcome:
- if the item is deemed as manufacturing fault, we are happy to repair, replace or refund. we also cover your prepaid delivery fee.
- if the item is not deemed as manufacturing fault, we might repair or replace that for you. We will consider case by case.
Stage one:

- Please make sure to provide us the tracking number for your returned parcel.
- All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Stage two:
Full refund/Free return/Store credit will be issued ASAP once the returned item meets the following terms:
- It must be in original condition/unworn/unwashed with all tags attached.
- No smell, no stain of makeup/lipstick.
- For hygienic reasons, cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear, earrings or underwear cannot be returned .
Important notes:
- We do not provide prepaid returns, but your prepaid delivery fee will surely be credit back to your account if the returned item is deemed as manufacturing faulty.
- We do not hold item for exchange. Please place the new order to secure the right item before returning the wrong item.
- We reserve the right to reject a return and send it back to you if the item is not in original condition, or it is received over time frame.
- We reserve the right to modify/improve the above policy. Please check it before you place an order.
2. REPAIRS
We offer 1 year Free After-Sale Repairs (not alterations) for most of our full price products, which are normally and reasonably used.
Stage one:
- please notice us by email to [email protected] and providing photos of the parts need repair, as well as your original receipt.
- after we confirm that your item meets Free Repairs, please post it by your prepaid delivery to: 806/5 YORK ST, SYDNEY, NSW 2000.
- please provide us the tracking number of your parcel.
- all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Stage two:
- you will be noticed by email once your item is fixed nicely. This might take up to 3 weeks time.
- your item will be sent back to you with our prepaid delivery.
- time frame: 1 year from the date of purchased.
- delivery: we do cover our prepaid delivery once only for per product, but not cover your prepaid delivery fee.
- we will try our best to fix as much as possible but not guarantee for every problem.
- for example, stitching and sewing problems are usually under free repairs, but not broken zipper and tear fabric.
