ATTENTION please: We have two warehouses (Sydney warehouse and oversea warehouse). If your ordered item is shipped from our oversea warehouse, it may take around 12 business day longer than the time stated below which is for the item shipped from our Sydney warehouse. If the product is stored in our oversea warehouse, it will be specific mentioned on the product page. Please make sure to check it before you put the order!

 

1. In Australia – for the item shipped from our Sydney warehouse

1) Your order will be sent overnight if it is placed and paid by 3PM (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday.

2) All orders placed and paid from Friday to Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.

3) It may take 1-3 business days (NSW area) to arrive depending on your postal area.

4) It may take 3-7 business days (any areas but not NSW ) to arrive depending on your postal area.

 

2. Any countries but not Australia – for the item shipped from our Sydney warehouse

1) Your order will be sent overnight if it is placed and paid by 3PM (Sydney time) Monday to Thursday.

2) All orders placed and paid from Friday to Sunday will be sent on the following Monday.

3) It may take 7-20 business days to arrive depending on where you locate.

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will be noticed by email with a tracking number of your parcel.

2. If you do not receive your item within reasonable time (10 business days for Australian orders, 20 business days for World-wide orders) from the date of purchase, please email us ( [email protected] ) with your full name and order number, and we will look into your delivery immediately.

1. Please ensure to provide a secure shipping address where someone is available to sign for the item.

2. Please note that: No PO BOX. NO PARCEL COLLECT.

3. Please note that we take no responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances ( e.g. strikes, floods etc.), nor for missing parcels which have been deemed as successfully delivered by the delivery company.

4. INTERNATIONAL TAXES + CUSTOMS CHARGES

1) International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges, which differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

2) All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.  We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

3) We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
